Competition Period 12.01am (AEST) on 01/11/2022 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 30/06/2023.
Who can enter? Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.

Who can't enter?

Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:

  1. the Promoter; and
  2. the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.
Where will the competition run?

The competition will run in participating Roll'd Vietnamese stores (including online, via the Roll'd App and includes Qualifying purchases made via UberEats, DoorDash, Deliveroo and Menulog) (Stores) in Australia.

For the avoindance of doubt, the competition is not running in any third party stores that sell Roll'd products. It is only running in Roll'd branded stores.

Entry instructions

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:

  1. make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised order number; and
  2. visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, provide the order number from the purchase, and all other requested information.

The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry including having the requisite photograph capability.

Your order number must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).  Entrants can also provide proof of their purchase via their bank statement.
Bonus entries

You may also be eligible for bonus entry/ies, as follows:

  1. if your Qualifying Purchase was made after 4pm during the Competition Period, you will automatically receive 1 bonus entry;
  2. if your Qualifying Purchase was made through the Roll'd App during the Competition Period, you will automatically receive 1 bonus entry;
  3. if your Qualifying Purchase includes a ‘Roll into a meal’ upgrade during the Competition Period, you will automatically receive 1 bonus entry.

For a bonus entry/entries to be valid, entrants must upload an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt which clearly identifies the Qualifying Purchase made and the subsequent bonus entry/entries an entrant is entitled to.  Entrants must retain their original itemised purchase receipt uploaded for verification purposes. If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. 

For the avoidance of doubt, you are eligible to receive up to 4 entries in total for each Qualifying Purchase if your purchase includes all bonus elements above.

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?

There will be 8 winners determined in respect of this competition – 1 per month of the Competition Period. 

There will be 8 draws conducted - 1 per month of the Competition Period.

The draws will be held at 12pm (AEST/AEDT, as relevant) at 51A / 23 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040 on the following dates:

The first valid entry drawn randomly in each draw from the entries received during the Competition Period up until 11.59pm (AEST/AEDT, as relevant) on the date that entries close for each draw (as stated above), will each win a prize.

Entries from one draw will not carry over into subsequent draws.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants). 
What can I win?

There are 8 prizes available –  1 per month of the Competition Period which will be supplied by Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 35 007 172 456) (Intrepid).

Each prize is a trip for the winner and 1 adult companion to Hanoi, Vietnam valued at up to $11,000 depending on the winner’s point of departure.  Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of residency and proof of age idenitifcation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion).

Each prize is a trip for the winner and 1 adult companion to Hanoi, Vietnam which includes the following:

  1. return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from Sydney or Melbourne to Vietnam and return transfers between Vietnam airport and the accommodation for the winner and the winner’s adult companion (return domestic flights to Sydney or Melbourne and 1 night's accommodation available to the winner and their companion if they do not live within a reasonable distance of Sydney or Melbourne). Please note: Transfers to Ho Chi Minh airport at the end of the tour and transfers from Sydney or Melbourne airport to the winner's and winner's companion's home/s  are not included and is the winners and winners’ companion's responsibility to cover the costs for this );
  2. 6 nights' accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel (as determined by the Promoter) for each winner and their adult companion;
  3. 1 nights' accommodation aboard a 4 star cruise in Ha Long Bay for each winner and their adult companion;
  4. a total of 11 meals, made up of a welcome dinner, unique & varied dining experiences, daily breakfasts, selected lunches and dinners as determined by the Promoter for each winner and their adult companion;
  5. English speaking local tour guides and tour leaders;
  6. All on trip transportation: Arrival and departure airport transfers, return transfers from hotel to port, all touring vehicles with locally based professional drivers in air-conditioned vehicles and 2 internal flights in Vietnam (Hanoi to Hoi An and Hoi An to Hoi Chi Minh); and
  7. Comprehensive sightseeing as per itinerary that includes all entrance fees, government fees and taxes at monuments for the winner and their adult companion which includes:
  • Ho Chi Minh City full-day tour;
  • Cu Chi Tunnels tour; and
  • Hanoi Old Town walking tour.

The prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives, border closures, health advice and the like.

By accepting or participating in any prize, your companion accepts these Terms and Conditions. 

The winner must either have or obtain all necessary valid vaccinations or equivalent exemptions prior to departing Australia in accordance with any Vietnamese Government regulations.

The prize and associated travel is subject to the Intrepid’s Booking Conditions which can be found at: https://www.intrepidtravel.com/booking-intrepid/booking-conditions. The winner and their elected companion will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.

There is a limit of one prize per person/household (except for SA residents).

The following black out periods apply to travel: 6-30 April 23, 23 Jun-16 Jul 23, 15 Sep-15 Oct 23 and 15 Dec 23-14 Jan 24.  No guarentee is provided by the Promoter that the winner will be able to travel on their preferred travel dates.

The prize must be fully booked/redeemed within 90 days/three months of being notified and all travel must commence no earlier than 56 days from the booking being made. All travel must have commenced no later than 14 December 2023. The prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. Intrepid reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Intrepid's control makes it necessary to do so.
Total prize pool

The monthly prize pool is up to $11,000.

The total prize pool is up to $88,000.
How many times can I enter? You can enter multiple times, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase, or in accordance with bonus entry eligibility terms and conditions.  Each entry must be submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
How and when will the winner/s be informed? Winners will be notified by phone and in writing by email within two business days of determination and will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on the dates outlined in the table above for a period of 28 days.

Unclaimed prize/s

Prize claim date: 5pm (AEST) 24/08/2023.

Unclaimed prize draw: 12pm (AEDT) on 25/08/2023.

If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s. Any winners will be informed by phone and in writing by email within two business days of determination and will also have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 25/08/2023 for a period of 28 days.

If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 27/09/2023.
Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you/your companion must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation.  You/your companion consent to the Promoter using your names and images in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter may collect your/your companion's personal information directly or through its agents or contractors.  The Promoter will use your/your companion's personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents, contractors and with Intrepid in order to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you/your companion or storing data.

By entering, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition.

The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see rolld.com.au/privacy-policy) includes information about:

  1. how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and
  2. how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form relating to a third party collecting your personal information, you consent to the Promoter sharing your personal information with Intrepid and the storage of your personal information on  Intrepid’s database/s. Intrepidmay use this information for their future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services including contacting you via electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Intrepid’s communications will include a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). 1 These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above.  Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.  By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions. 

Entry

2 Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). You will receive a return message confirming your entry. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks.  You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering.  If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers,email addresses,addresses, or aliases, you may be disqualified. 

Prizes

3 Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by Intrepidor the Promoter, including, as relevant:

  1. Intrepid’s booking conditions;
  2. validity period/s;
  3. booking and availability of flights, accommodation and events;
  4. conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements, COVID safety requirements and applicable dress codes);
  5. conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;
  6. travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;
  7. any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked;
  8. the requirement for vaccinations and/or proof of medical reasons for vaccination exemptions;
  9. the requirement to obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified, including a current and valid passport and any visas required; and
  10. a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation.

4 You/your companion are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, etc. 

5 The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.

6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason or if tours, flights or transfers are abandoned by the winner or the winner's companion through their own negligence.  In that case you/your companion forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity. 

General

7 Any failure by you/your companion to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize Intrepid may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize Intrepid.

8 If specified, in order to participate in the activity/activities awarded as part of the prize, you/your companion must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements).  You must ensure that you/your companion/s are healthy and fit enough to take the prize.  You/your companion must follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the relevant activity/ies. 

9 You/your companion must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize.  If you or any companion do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.

10 If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded.  The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment).  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

11 You must not:

  1. tamper with the entry process (including but not limited to manipulating the system via bots, script use, or any other means to circumvent the entry process);
  2. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;
  3. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
  4. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;
  5. breach any law; or
  6. behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate. 

12 You are responsible for your companion and the Promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, you and your companion if they breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.

13 If you (or your companion), in the opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion.

14 The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.

15 If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this competition or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time.  In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.

16 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash.  Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement.  The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST.  The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.  You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

17 By entering, you request that your full address not be published.

18 If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control (for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, a pandemic, public health orders and the like), the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

19 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize.  You should seek independent financial advice.  If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Liability

20 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

21 Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter, Intrepid and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).   

22 Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter, Intrepid and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant).  Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

23 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.  You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.  You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
