How long is the promo running?
The promotion is running for 8 months. Entries open 12:01am (AEDT), 1st November 2022 and close 11:59pm (AEST), 30th June 2023.
Can anyone enter?
This promotion is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older. You cannot enter on behalf of anyone else.
Staff members, families and affiliated partners of Roll’d cannot enter.
Where can I enter the promo?
You can enter at: rolldwinatrip.com.au
Where is the promo running?
At participating Roll’d Vietnamese stores (including online via orders.rolld.com.au, via the Roll’d App and qualifying purchases made via UberEats, DoorDash, Deliveroo and Menulog) in Australia.
Third-party stores that sell Roll’d products are not included in the promo eg. Coles
What products are eligible for this promotion?
All Roll’d products that are available to purchase in Roll’d stores only.
How do I enter the promo?
Simply purchase any Roll’d product during the promotional period and use your itemised order number. Visit rolldwinatrip.com.au and locate the entry page. Submit the entry form by entering your order number and all other requested information.
For bonus entries and to claim your prize, please keep your purchase receipt to prove qualifying purchases.
How many times can I enter?
You can enter multiple times, provided you only enter once per purchase.
What are “Bonus Entries” and how can I get them?
Bonus entry/ies are entries we will give you in addition to your original entry. You can get these bonuses if:

Your qualifying purchase was made after 4pm during the promo period.

Your qualifying purchase was made through the Roll’d App during the promo period.
-
Your qualifying purchase includes a “Roll Into A Meal - add Side/Soldier & Drink for $6” upgrade during the promo period.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found at the bottom of your Roll’d Tax Invoice which should have been included with your order.
It should be a 13 or 14-digit number just under the date and time of order.
What happens if I didn’t receive a purchase receipt with my order?
If you ordered via our app or online via orders.rolld.com.au you should have received an email confirmation of your order. Your order number will be in your order confirmation email.
If you ordered via Uber Eats, Deliveroo, DoorDash or Menulog, please include the order number that was sent to you via email. If an order number wasn’t included, simply enter that you ordered via Uber Eats etc.
If you ordered in-store and paid by card, you can provide your bank statement as proof of purchase.
*Please note: all winners will be required to provide proof of purchase to qualify and confirm their entry.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 8 winners in total. The winners will be randomly drawn every month between November 2022 and June 2023. The exact draw dates can be found in the T&C’s here.
What will I win?
Each prize is a fantastic trip for you and one (1) adult friend/family member to Vietnam!
One (1) prize per customer only.
What’s included in the prize?
This incredible prize includes the following:

Return economy airfares from Sydney or Melbourne to Vietnam.
A return domestic flight to Sydney or Melbourne and one (1) night's accommodation is available to you and your friend/family member prior to the trip if you do not live within a reasonable distance of Sydney or Melbourne.

6 nights' accommodation in a 4-star (minimum) hotel.

1 nights' accommodation aboard a 4-star cruise in Ha Long Bay.

11 meals. The rest you will have to buy yourself.

English speaking local tour guides and tour leaders.

All on-trip transportation.

Sightseeing as per itinerary that includes all entrance fees:

Is food on the trip included?
Yes – 11 meals are included as part of the prize. Additional food will come at your own expense.
Is accommodation on the trip included?
Yes.
What about COVID?
Our travel partners (Intrepid Travel) will keep you informed if there are any changes due to COVID.
Do I need any vaccinations?
Please refer to the Vietnam Health Department to see if you need any vaccinations before your trip.
Do I need a visa?
You will have to refer to the Vietnam Government website and confirm if you need a visa for travel. Please be advised this is your responsibility to get the visa should you need it prior to the trip.
How and when will the winner be informed?
If you win, you will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. Your name will then be published on the website.
I’ve won, when can I book my trip?
